Camp, Day 5

On the last full day of camp, the kids got to experience the SLIP N SLIDE! It was the morning block activity and I thought it would be too chilly but that didn't stop the kids from having a great time. Too many pics to post, so here's another slide show:

After the slip n slide, we handed out camp t-shirts and took a group picture:

This may not be funny unless you know this guy, but "Mr. T.", who lost one of his arms in a meat grinder accident at age 5, is very frank about his injury and seems to enjoy one-arm jokes. . . Anyway, in the silly picture, I've cropped out a small section. . . Jim, the camp speaker, is standing behind Mr. T. in order to "give him a hand". . .

I guess you had to be there. . .
