The Tree!

My days have been kind of a blur this week but we managed to pick out a tree on Saturday. . .

We strapped it to the top of the car. . .

. . . and set it up in the living room.

It just hasn't seemed much like Christmas this year, but having the tree and decorating the house helped a great deal.

I love Christmas, usually, so once I started pulling out the lights and bows and things, I started to enjoy myself. . .

The kids decorated the tree, leaving me to putter around with my other decorations.

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas. . . !
