Rock Band

Last weekend we had a very interesting show down at The Grove. It was a corporate Christmas party, and in place of a live band, the entertainment came from a little box. A little X-Box. With real, authentic, plastic instruments and a game called "Rock Band". Being a REAL guitar player, Kurt makes this look easy. . . :

We provided plenty of sound and lights . . .



. . . and even a disco ball. . .

(The disco ball is actually only a rental. It belongs to Gloria but she lets us have it occasionally for a pretty reasonable price. . . )

. . . The bank employees provided the entertainment. And, believe me, it was pretty entertaining. . .

The concept was good, but the sound coming out of the X-Box microphone was really bad. In fact, it was pure torture for Rob:

All things considered, it was a pretty fun event. . .
