Gloria has kind of ditched me this summer. She has had her own agenda and has learned to make her own fun in the midst of our busy-ness. So far this summer she has gone to kid's camp in McCall, to Newberg for a week to attend Camp Tilikum with Elsie, to a week-long VBS at Meridian Friends, to Roaring Springs, to the Caldwell Night Rodeo, and to the fair as well as countless trips to the park and several birthday parties. She's come out to several of our events, too, and always manages to make a bunch of new friends. Sometimes I wonder if our crazy lifestyle adversely affects my kids but Gloria, at least, seems to thrive in it. She has really grown up this summer and it's good to see her turning into a confident, happy, beautiful young lady.
