Rob and I have been giving everything we have for this business and just when I thought I had nothing left to give, along came Dale. . . God's timing really is perfect. Dale has been with us "full-time" since November and I am really starting to feel the effects of having someone else take on a third of what we do in the business. It's a good thing. I feel sorry for Dale since Rob and I have come to consider "normal" work hours as any and all waking hours but we'll all adjust eventually. I hope we'll come closer to Dale's idea of "normal" hours and further away from our warped way of thinking!
