I had a hard time finding joy today but when I walked by Zach's room and saw our cat Snowfie sitting in the middle of his Legos as though she totally belonged there, it made me smile. This cat found us last summer and just made herself at home. I know it's cliche' but we don't own this cat, she owns us. (We discovered she has a chip but her owner moved with no forwarding address, so we're lucky enough to let her keep us.)
