The Awards Ceremony. . .

It was a very long day so I won't say too much about the awards ceremony tonight.  This was a really good meet for our teams and I think everyone felt good about it.  At the end of the day, Zach came in 3rd out of about 67 high school quizzers and Andrew came in 8th.  Our high school team placed 5th out of 15 teams.  Not too shabby. 

Because this is the last meet of the year, the top 8 quizzers for the entire season quiz against each other to see who the top three are for the year.  It's a little stressful and tense but really fun to watch.  Zach ended up being the third person to quiz out which puts him solidly in third place overall for his last season as a quizzer.  I was proud of all of the kids today! They did a great job!
