R.I.P Lucy Ann. May 1, 2007-May 5, 2011

As strong as Lucy was, her body just couldn't keep up the fight and we made the tough decision to say good-bye to her this morning.  She was the smartest dog we've ever had and that is saying a lot because Winnie and Emma were just about as smart as they come.  We will miss her so very much.  She gave way more to us than we ever gave to her.  Four years was way too short of a time to have her in our lives but I wouldn't trade those four years for anything. . .

We love you, Lucy.  See you on the other side- say hello to Emma and Winnie for us!
