The flu bug has been especially nasty this year and little Max ended up staying the night at the hospital last night with a diagnosis of pneumonia. His mom and dad sent me this sad picture last night. Poor baby.
The bright spot was little McKenna. I don't know why I don't do this when it's not an emergency because we had a really fun evening with her. She's pretty much the smartest kid I've ever been around. She told me I'm ingenious. She used the word correctly (not that I'm really ingenious, she just knew what it meant!!). She is 5. And very cute.
So say a prayer for little Max and his family today. . .
