So I should probably start blogging again. It could be a very interesting year with Gloria entering high school, Zach heading off to George Fox and the entry of this sweet new addition to our lives...

Pleasure Trip to McCall. . .

In June of 2013, Jered came to hang out and work with us for the summer.  I didn't say much about it on the blog at the time, but I loved it.  I think it was ok for him  but I can't say for sure!  At any rate, Jered and I along with Gloria and Megan, drove to McCall to see Zach who was working at Quaker Hill as Summer Staff.  I was looking forward to a nice warm day of hanging out at the lake.  Unfortunately, the temps were only in the high 60's so the lake was way too cold for me.  Gloria, however, being the fish that she is, didn't let the cold stop her.  She blew up her turtle and headed for the water!

 

Zach and Steph were able to join us when they finished work for the evening and we all met for Pizza.  We talked and laughed and worked on Zach's fall schedule for George Fox.  It was a lovely way to spend a summer evening. . .

The kids were happy to see each other. . .

I figured it's never too late to record a memory. As long as you have pictures as reminders!!
